If there is a medical emergency or any current concern the patient will harm self or others, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You may also call the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 or 1-800-273-TALK which is a confidential hotline staffed by trained mental health counselors, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Patients can be see their provider via telepsychiatry through a secure platform. You need following for a tele psychiatry visit:
Computer/smartphone/tablet with internet connection
Private location of your choice
Patient must be in Virginia at the time of the visit

We treat a variety of condition including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, trauma and mood disorders. While we do offer psychotherapy to our patients, we do not have therapists of counselors to provide weekly therapy session.
What we don’t do: Disability assessment, custody or security clearance evaluation, work/school fitness determination, FMLA documents for new patients, legal related evaluations, letter for emotional support animals, drug/alcohol addiction management.

Not everyone requires medication as part of their treatment plan. At our practice, we believe in offering a holistic approach to care, which includes various options beyond medication. For milder cases of psychiatric disorders, we embrace an integrative approach which involves exploring mindfulness techniques, incorporating specific supplements, and considering dietary adjustments, among other strategies. However, we understand that severe psychiatric disorders can significantly impact an individual's ability to function and maintain their overall well-being. To address these challenges, we may recommend considering psychiatric medication as part of the treatment plan.

We do not prescribe high doses of benzodiazepines, including Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, Ativan, etc., except under extremely rare circumstances and in very small quantities.

While we treat patients with these conditions, and can diagnose them based on cumulative clinical symptoms, observations, and patient history- we do not do diagnostic testing of any sort.
